Name Our WOMbat!
We love our WOMbat mascot, but he still does not have a name, and we could use your help!
Submit the winning name for our wombat, and you will win $100 cash plus at least $600 in other great prizes.
We are looking for fun, creative names that incorporate the elements of WOMbeat! or wombats.
 How to Submit a WOMbat name suggestion:
The “Name our WOMbat” Contest starts on October 6, 2008 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"). The deadline for submitting entries is November 30, 2008 at 11:59 PM ET.
Entrants must be a registered user of WOMbeat! (Registration is free)

How the contest will work!
 |
Entrants must be a customer or registered user of WOMbeat! |
|
Entrants must 18 years of age or older and must be a legal US resident |
 |
The same entrant may submit more than one name for our WOMbat naming contest by using
separate entries. |
|
The winning name will be determined by a WOMbeat! panel who will judge all submissions and
rate them on scale of 1 to 20 according to three (3) standards: general creativity,
marketability and relevance to the elements of WOMbeat! The submission with the highest
number of points will win. |
|
In the event of a tie, WOMbeat! will hold a drawing to determine the top prize winner for the
contest. |
|
By entering this contest, entrant agrees that if he or she is selected as a prizewinner, he or she
will assign all rights to the WOMbat name, including copyright, to WOMbeat! LLC. by executing
an assignment agreement and WOMbeat! LLC. will own all rights to the name and may use it
for any purpose. |
|
WOMbeat! will attempt to contact the top prize winner by December 31, 2008. |
|
All potential prize winners will also be requested to provide Sponsor with a recent photograph of
him/herself along with a brief biography for use in marketing/promotional/publicity materials.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the
required time period or is otherwise determined to be disqualified, they will forfeit the prize. |
